I think vaccines' part in these diseases going away is overblown to put it mildly. When you look at the unmanipulated charts for polio for example, the cases were already going down before the vaccine came out since people's immune systems were learning how to fight it without needing to inject themselves with foreign chemicals.
And I'm not necessarily saying every vaccine ever is a scam—there may have been some legit ones before and there may be legit ones in the future—but in the current fiat paradigm where there are so many entities out there that want us all sick (or even exterminated coughcoughjews), the default stance should be EXTREME skepticism.
