I formed a habit of collecting coffee, tea, chai, hot chocolate, soup etc packets/bags as I travelled a while back, so I could put them in my DC visit bag when I had long jobs so all I needed was some hot water and my steel SGI mug to keep going...
It had been a while since I cleared out my bag, and there was a lot...
I suspect with all the sugar, caffeine and MSG (soup) I probably could have survived a week in a DC...
