This image, made on UT 2nd December, shows the eastern shore of Mare Serenitatis from the crater Posidonius (left) to crater le Monnier (right). Posidonius is a "floor-fractured crater" with numerous uplifts and rilles. le Monnier was flooded with lava from Serenitatis, which destroyed its western rim. #Moon #Lunar #Astrophotography
