Controversially, IMO most web devs shouldn’t be following in-progress web specs. Frameworks change constantly. Keeping track of in-progress change is a headstart on the code-annihilating churn of constant updates.
But once a spec is out of preview and implemented, it generally doesn’t change at all. But until then it’s a constant churn and keeping up can get EXTREMELY confusing. So, don’t. Wait until it’s actually out
