Actually percolating a while since reading someone's "lolol our ancestors really wasted their time ironing stuff" post which on the one hand yeah ironing can suck, but on the other hand - it does add an extra step to the hygiene process. Cotton/linen stand up to a good high heat setting.

If you have time (and an iron), until you get an new dryer, maybe ironing the sheets (while watching a movie) would be worth the tedium?
