A daily shower is unnecessary
People don't need to shower every day. People, unless they're open cut mining or plumbers unclogging sewerage drains (etc., you get my meaning), shouldn't shower every day.
We destroy our skin's natural environment and then we slather on moisturiser and other things to correct the damage we did by showering.
