Things I took for granted when I had employer sponsored healthcare that are not easy to access now that I’m in the prohibitively expensive open market in a non ACA state:

Flu and Covid shots with just a copay (have to pay out of pocket now)
Mammograms for copay (need referrals and they take forever)
Basic wellness exams (not covered)
Relatively low deductibles
Asthma meds were covered (out of pocket now)
Epi pen was covered (out of pocket)
