Not yet. I sell local but have scaled up yet
I'm currently trying to decide if dealing with selling meat is worth the effort at this point or just sell down our steers and kick the higher volume production back a year or so (we'll still have 10-20 cull females a year we can fatten to butcher probably)
Marketing and finishing beef is like a whole second job and new profit center of the business.
