Had a whole #Stupid thing with #Nedbank today.

The kids suddenly could not log into their banking apps.

Because I,the guardian, had to accept some BS update T&Cs.

Which I tried to do.

And that promptly errored out, with the typical useless copout error message.

Anyway, after some time on the phone with an actual human (they actually called me back?!), one kid's thing seems to be working again.Kinda.

The other has been "escalated", and I'll allegedly be phoned back again.
We'll see.
