11 minutes of yoga for runners 29.7 km of #cycling (7°C)
Getting close to my plank target again - probably because I haven't been doing the "normal" exercise regimen.
The ride around #Ottawa was really great; nice and cool, and there were a lot of runners out today - probably something organized by the grouping.
I accidentally reset my DJI to factory and didn't put all my settings back, so I'm not sure today's ride video will be any good. 🤦🏻
