So as part of moving off BT to Zen, I’ve upgraded my connection from 300/50Mb to 500/70Mb. This unfortunately has highlighted that my little MikroTik router running OpenWrt was only just barely keeping up and now I can’t max out my new shiny line.
I’m going to try some tweaks I’ve found in the #OpenWrt forums to eke out a bit of extra performance, but the temptation to go router shopping is ever present. 😆
