Occupy a land, get rid of the local ethnicities by subjugation or termination, then claim one’s own ethnic group, which is now the majority, is the only one that should exist there. Presumably nation states are still in the equation or we are redrawing geographical territories based on ethnic majorities. Makes for a doctrine that can be defined practically in one sentence. What a marvelous idea.
