Because of the way we did short AA lines, and the tile-based architecture, instead of having all these queues flying around between rasteriser, shader and ROP units, we just did it all in one place.

Sadly it was a market Intel has zero interest in. But it showed nicely that there were some places where a truly general-purpose architecture could really shine.
