That pretty much just means every “cryptocurrency” other than bitcoin.
ICO refers to initial coin offering for cryptocurrencies, almost all of which end up being scam projects. Which is why we call them shitcoins. Because they’re not worth shit.
Bitcoin is the only one worth anyone’s time and energy. The rest are all VC backed and manipulated to make the creators wealthy.
