I don't feel welcome at /any/ FLINTA* event.
This includes FLINTA* Hackspaces or events, demonstrations and sports. And ultimately kept me away from there for longer than it should or still keep me away. And this isn't only me.
When going to those places for the first time(s), I always dress very femme out of safety. I know that I'd have had problems in some of them if I didn't. Once they know me, I can de-cloak and actually go there as "me" (which /may/ include being very femme). But I don't always look very trans or femme and I especially don't want to.
Because in the end the policy is always just a different wording for "no cis dudes". Which then becomes "do you look non-dude enough". Which openly discriminates against some people of all the above groups in FLINTA*.
I know cis women who do pass for cis male, although they tend to have the least problems with that getting rejected here.
But there are cis dudes who are inter. And other inter men, who aren't cis but easily pass for it. Do you want to check a person's medical record?
