Don't use apps. Download the tor browser. Use the web version of social media only over the tor browser, and create new accounts that are only for use over tor. Don't reveal any personal information or ties back to your previous accounts, even in DMs. Don't store any information about the accounts anywhere. E.g., don't save them to Keychain or your password manager. Good luck.
