my rule of thumb with sandwiches is that meat is always an error. It doesn't go well with bread. Cheese, on the other hand, a delight with any style of bread. That usually narrows my choice down to manageable dimensions. Don't know why I'm telling you this. I guess that your post amused me. Enjoy your lunch
