Ok, the more I thought about it, the more I've accepted the Judge's Order on discovery yesterday.

If Apple gets to intimidate & threaten a traumatized crime victim (& it is batsh*t he is letting them like its no big deal), then the Judge surely won't tolerate objections from Apple when I subpoena Tim Apple (assuming he did fire me).

I'll get to ask Tim Apple about the fab & cracked floor too.

Apple has to give me the name in two weeks.
