So given #AI firms are currently operating at a loss and are subsidizing those operations with VC money (OpenAI) or internal cross-subsidies (Microsoft, Google), are we gonna see a repeat of Uber where #BigTech displaces labour using artificially cheap prices, and then once they've built their moat, jacks rates to become profitable, capturing more value for themselves, while companies are left with higher OpEx and a fewer options to hire due to labour reallocation? #economics
