How do you block threads individually, you ask?
On Mastodon, at least, it's as follows:
1. Search for "threads". You're bound to find some threads accounts, unless your server already defederated with them.
2. Click on one of them.
3. Click on the three dots.
4. Click on "block domain threads.net" (at the very bottom)
5. Confirm.
6. Enjoy.
