Next bread making experiment. I got the kid to admit he’d rather have a loaf of bread to cut slices off of than mess with bagels. This recipe seems ideal in that a hunk of it can be pulled off to bake a small loaf and the rest goes back in fridge until the next time a loaf is needed. We'll see! Still, pretty crazy starting off with 7 1/2 cups of flour.
