Ta'regi only carries a few rations. She prefers to hunt fresh food. She is also an opportunistic eater with a mild taste for hearts and livers. Which is to say if she's hungry and she kills someone... 'waste not, want not' (she is fully aware this bothers people and avoids doing such when traveling in company)
Tallia sleeps with a chair between her & the door. It's a lingering habit from her childhood to give her a measure of warning if someone enters while she's sleeping.
