I'd love to see it BUT the biggest problem is that the majority of military bases are in red states (so I'm told). Unless the succession was done amically, the red states could have a great advantage.
Of course, it's also true that the majority of red states require the most from the federal budget, so they wouldn't be eager taking that into account.
