Not really. I just manually archive my links on archive.md and Web Archive and keep track of them in a number of places. It's a bit primitive but I really prefer having them in plain text since that's easier to handle.
I've also done a bit of self-hosting my own web archive of sorts using Archivebox but maintaining it is a bit of a chore that I'm just not up for just yet.

Not yet. Though I've spun up my own whitelisted Nostr relay just to backup the notes that I've sent over the network. It's not perfect but it'll do for now.
