"content": "I installed a wind and solar system on my previous home. The wind turbines were installed on my roof. Since there were no rules about roof mounted turbines, I had to wait 6 months for them to write a rule, so I could install them. (I think no rule means I can do what I want). I then paid their extortion payment to install the system. They then contacted me and tried to charge me a separate permit fee for each turbine (3) and each solar panel (6) after they had already given me the permit. I asked them if someone was building a house, would the person have to have a separate permit for each toilet and each sink?",
