Disable account creation to combat spam?
Please do not tell me that Hubzilla, (streams), Forte and maybe also Friendica are the only Fediverse server applications that support manual approval of newly-registered accounts by the admin.
If Mastodon doesn't have this feature, why not? Most importantly, why is it so completely and utterly unimaginable to Mastodon users?
