For me, to be nitpicky, one thing that would improve it would be a tiny little bit extra light in the top left part of the right eye socket area, to connect the eye to the face instead of having the well-lit eyeball looking out of the dark. Eyes are drawn to areas of high contrast and that dark, deep shadow with the punch of catchlight keeps pulling my eyes to your right eye. Make of that what you will. :) I do love the image.
