Damara was a benevolent wizard-king of the Dalelands who possessed an orb of dragonkind. He was defeated by the ogre Bonegnasher, who sought the orb for himself, but Damara managed to hide the artifact before he perished. His abandoned castle eventually became known as the Tomb of Damara.
