if the price does not increase steadily, there is zero motivation to hold it. it does not give any return and it does not have any utility.
saylor forecasts 20% p.a. increase. for me this is ridiculous. dead capital. i can make 20% risk free by selling covered calls. very low volatility and secure income. using other strategies i can make 80-300% easily. btc is a bad performing asset.
also as you can see, many sell even at low prices. everyone has a price in mind to sell. therefore it has a limit where it can go. i will sell most of it at a certain price and use the proceedings as a collateral for options trades in order to generate a good income and a good return.
