Hi there guys MichelleZ 🧘🏻‍♀️ (npub1jdy…fwsu), the way I see it, there is no difference between ceremonial cacao by yourself or out there, what makes cacao ceremonial is the intention of it to be ceremonial, when you prepare it and you drink it, you might set a prayer or an intention and drink it accordingly, and cacao will help to bring answers and joy to your hart. You can also just drink a good cacao with no ceremony and also will bring joy to you :)
