Terrible conflict today.
Walking through city park, a gull landed in front of me and chomped on to a pigeon who was valiantly flapping its wings trying to escape.
My first impulse was to hit the gull on the head with my knapsack to make it drop the pigeon, but... realized gulls gotta eat too.
I didn't stick around to see who won that round.

That was 8 hrs ago and I'm still bothered about it.
Nature can be rough.
