As a 50+ man in a solid relationship, I don't know much about the dating scene out there. But the TikTok girlies say it's rough.
Just now a neighbor's 40ish daughter visiting from California told her dad how her most recent "first date" there ended: she had to punch the dude in the face because he put hands around her neck.
I didn't learn if those were "angry throttling" hands or "kinky neck squeeze" hands, but on a first date, I don't think that even matters.
