11 minutes @ 13% grade and 2.5 mph

Upper Body 12-15 reps x 3 sets:
Lat pull down 55 lbs
Shoulder press 30/25/20 lbs
Chest press 35 lbs
Bicep curls 35 lbs
Triceps extension 45lbs
Perpetual rope (not sure of the name)
TRX (2 different exercises)
