one of the things that has been happening since i started eating bananas and taking potassium chloride is i'm remembering a lot more dreams

i am guessing this means that i'm also digesting and absorbing protein more efficiently

would go some way to explain why i haven't been able to substantially gain physical condition despite a lot of effort with riding this bicycle uphill

maybe i'll start actually seeing really big results, i already have maybe doubled my stamina since i got the regular non-battery powered bicycle a bit over a month ago, would be sweet if i could manage to do a doubling every month for a while nostr.fmt.wiz.biz
