Homemade soup 🥣 weather. 🥶
I boiled the remainder of a chicken I’d roasted with lemon & tarragon, added wild mushrooms & carrots, & left it to simmer.
I must strain herbs & bones & add salt before serving to others, but this broth is a good start.
