So, water is pumped out of a national forest, filtered, put in plastic bottles, then delivered in mostly-diesel burning trucks to retail outlets. The bottles are emptied into people, then the plastic is mostly dumped into landfill.

Turns out that step 1 of this egregious mess should never have happened.
