Almost all the James Bond movies are staggeringly silly. But even the stupidest ones have something of value to offer, usually incredible production design, outrageous stunt work, and just fun spy stuff.
The best single film is “Casino Royale” (2006) and then there’s a giant gulf to get to #2.
