There's a lot that's not particularly engaging beyond the Multiculture Parade but that shit is so distractingly constant that it makes it hard to get immersed. Every other character is non-white in a setting that you just can't square with that racial mixup.
I checked out entirely when I hit the tranny innkeeper and just sort of dawdled through a bit of exploring and never opened it back up.
