To avoid the AI features of Copilot+ for Windows, all you need to do today is install Linux.
Now, for some people this isn’t possible. Users of specific Windows software such as Adobe products for example. Wine adds a significant learning curve to getting started with Linux and outside of gaming should be avoided for new users.
I recommend for users of basic office programs, gaming, and web browsing, something like Pop!_OS (god what a terrible name), Linux Mint, or Kubuntu.
