1. Sew your outer & lining pieces at the shoulder seam.
2. Put them together with right sides facing each other
3. Stitch along the front & the neck hole.
4. Do the armholes next, but don’t sew down the sides.
5. Turn the vest right side out through the back.
6. Sew sides & press seams.
Then press the bottoms & sew the bottom hem.
