I'm so glad to be back to drinking black coffee. I was drinking with flavoured cream, for a number of months, due to sugar cravings - but I'm back on the black coffee. The reason I'm glad to be back to black coffee is because of the complexity of the body of the coffee which gets lost with the addition of cream/sugar. Once I've got cream/sugar in a cup of coffee, it almost always tastes more or less the same, which I don't find to be the case w/ black coffee
