I have much the same response as I just made to a post about #StarterPacks

"You can create a list of accounts and hashtags that automate blocking by subscribing to the moderation list. As new users get added to the list they are automatically blocked."

Why do I want to accept a #BlockList that's been created/managed by someone else?

Are my interests expected to mirror theirs?

Or is my instance's policies expected to mirror those of the list creator?

The usage of second-party Block lists was discussed at great length over the winter of 2022-2023

The idea was not well-received
