I went to the pool for a swim first thing this morning and did 40 lengths which is 1km. Then straight from there to drop the car off at the garage which meant a brisk walk back home (1½ miles).
All this exercise and energy expenditure before breakfast is just not me. I think I might have had my body snatched and now I'm a pod person.
Also, apologies for the mish-mash of metric and imperial measures in this post. I'm a GenX Brit which means I grew up using both scales and I tend to mix and match completely randomly.
