I mean those Germans also never waged war against their occupiers, did they? Not sure that they did any intafadas over there.
But you’re right, the two situations are somewhat dissimilar. I’m not sure what the argument is for saying that you’re not allowed to conquer an enemy after you’ve beaten them. Is this in the #GenevaConventions?
