Increase the intake of raw fresh fruit & veggies which are packed with healthy vitamins, electrolytes, bio available minerals (like iron), proteins, and more. Mixed salads, juices / smoothies, key is to mix in as many variaties as seasonably available. My to go to juice that makes wonders for me: ginger root, red beet, apple, carrot, celery, spinach, citrusses (all raw & fresh). Herbal teas of nettles and/or yarrow help a lot as well.
