There are now 85 prisoners on hunger strike in the infamous Evin Prison, Tehran, against the State-murder sentence (death "penalty") issued against labor union- and women's rights-activist Sharifeh Mohammadi, according to KJAR, Free Women's Union of Rojhelat (Iran-held part of Kurdistan) for non-violent dissident speech and labor organizing.
Thirty of the hunger strike participants are of the women's ward at Evin Prison.
At least several of the hunger strike participants I've seen listed since it started yesterday are also fellow antiauthoritarian feminists in long imprisonments or awaiting being similarly State-murdered for speech and organizing for freedom, against racism, for equal rights, etc.
