I'd like to point out that this is something feminists are doing when they're talking about 'passport bros' and they're muddying the waters in the discussion about them. You see it quite a bit in their comments pages which I found very funny.

So yeah, there are guys like this who are obviously just trying to get themselves an asian waifu to take back to the US and get played for a green card, that's a tail as old as time. What people don't appreciate are the other guys who have genuinely left the west for good and are setting up real lives over there.

I bet there's more to this story and he probably barely spent any time there and didn't bother to learn the language. If he did he could have made some friends that would have warned him about any gold diggers.

The success stories of other passport bros make the same people bitching about this guy seethe with a passion and it's never not funny.

Edit: I just thought I'd point this out because I have quite an interest in the discussion around passport bros, it's also internet gold. Just bear in mind there are vicious western women out there who have a vested interest in seeing men fail.
