Did push-ups everyday for a total of 5,000 push-ups for the month of January. I only had alcohol on January 1st & January 4th (difficult to do in #NYC 🤓). Now I need to keep this new habit going and add some regular BJJ-Sambo training. LFG!!! Is David Goggins on #Nostr?
