1st shift, no weekends, closer to home, a more organized and better company, yeah... I think I will like it better. Plus 4 bucks an hour more and better scaling of PTO. My current company gives 1 hour of PTO for every 40 worked. This one does 2 plus 5 days off after a 90 day probationary period. I think the interview went decently but I'll hear back by Monday
