The constitution makes sense for a time that no longer exists, for a #culture that is no longer present and where the beneficiaries are the dominant powers. That is why it is necessary to change the system, that is why it is necessary to transition to a society in which legality, laws, and what needs to be modified are not only seen by government entities but by all individuals who live there. I clearly see #open source projects/communities are the new constitution with consensus rules where truly everyone has a vote.
